Please note these instructions ONLY APPLY to Windows Server 2012 instances made before July 24th, 2019.
After contacting rac-admin@cybera.ca, RAC Admins will attach a volume to your instance containing the VirtIO .iso which will allow you to restore access.
- Mount the volume RAC Admins attached to your device:
- Mount the ISO on the volume
- Open up Device Manager
- Find the RedHat VirtIO Network Device
- Right click and choose Properties
- Click Update Driver...
- Choose the ISO that was mounted
- Reboot your instance
