Please note these instructions ONLY APPLY to Windows Server 2012 instances made before July 24th, 2019.

After contacting rac-admin@cybera.ca, RAC Admins will attach a volume to your instance containing the VirtIO .iso which will allow you to restore access.

  1. Mount the volume RAC Admins attached to your device:


  2. Mount the ISO on the volume
  3. Open up Device Manager
  4. Find the RedHat VirtIO Network Device
  5. Right click and choose Properties
  6. Click Update Driver...
  7. Choose the ISO that was mounted
  8. Reboot your instance
